Harper was a role player in Valencia for two seasons after a standout campaign in the G League.
After two seasons in Spain, Jared Harper will have to search for a new team.
Valencia Basket officially announced that the club is parting ways with the player.
Harper arrived in Valencia in 2022 after a standout career in the NBA G League, where he averaged 21.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 7.5 assists, and 1.4 steals over 23 games in his last season in the competition for the Birmingham Squadron.
After signing the initial contract, Harper later extended the deal with Valencia last summer.
The 26-year-old guard averaged 8.5 points and 2.2 assists for 6.5 PIR on 36.7% field goal accuracy in over 16 minutes of playing time in the EuroLeague. His numbers were not as good in the Spanish Liga Endesa (ACB) - 7.1 points and 1.4 assists for 4 PIR on 34.8% field goal accuracy in almost 14 minutes per game.
