"What do you want me to tell you? The season ends, we are eliminated. We have made a great effort; the players have made a great effort. We have tried, but we have not made it," Grimau said after the game. "It's difficult. They have scored many points on us, we have left many free shots."
"We have done everything wrong in the three games, they have punished us. On a defensive end, they were able to punish us very easily during the whole tie," Grimau continued.
Grimau also highlighted the fact that this season, Barcelona went trophyless.
"We are at Barca, the [season] outcome is bad because we have not won anything. Here we have to win. It's difficult to see beyond that in the heat of the moment," Grimau noted. "We've had moments during the season when we've played very good basketball, but obviously, that's no good because we have to play well when it's time when we're playing for titles."

"And we have to fight for them. At the very least, here at Barca, we have to be ready to win them. This season, with the exception of the Copa del Rey final, we haven't reached the other two," he continued.
Grimau was also asked about his future but didn't go into much detail. Nevertheless, the coach admitted that he could have done a better job.
"I've always had it [the club's support], I've always felt it. I'm not an idiot, the season hasn't been good. And, from here on, we'll see what happens. But from day one, I've always felt supported by the people around me," Grimau said.
"We are at Barca, and we have not won. During several moments of the season, the team has shown that it plays very good basketball. That it defends well and attacks very well. We've had fun at times, but we haven't won. Could we have done better? Of course, we could have.
I am the coach, and I am responsible. Things could be done better, and I could manage better, obviously. In the end, we lost. But at all times, we have done what we thought should be"done," Grimau concluded.
