The Polish federation is looking for a guard ahead of the Olympic Qualifying tournament, with Guy, 26, ranking first on their list.
Poland will face Finland and the Bahamas in Valencia, and will then face Spain, Lebanon or Angola in the semis. Only the winner of the tournament will secure a place in the Olympic Games.
