Position: C
Age: 28
Height: 206 cm
Weight: 99 kg
Birth place: Brazil

In its final verdict, the court fully recognized the reasons of Reyer Venezia, confirming the validity of the contract that the Brazilian big man had signed with the Italian club.

Caboclo originally signed a 1-year deal with Reyer during the offseason, but after changing the agent, he decided not to fulfill the contract and sought other opportunities.

The Brazilian player, who's now under contract with Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade, will now be forced to pay the full costs of the arbitration and Reyer's legal fees.

The dispute between the player and the Italian club will continue before the FIBA Appeals Panel, in which the club appealed to obtain the annulment of the FIBA decision to grant the authorization of Caboclo's signing for Partizan.

In their official statement, Reyer Venezia explained:

"This decision by the Italian court proves that the club acted with the utmost fairness and maintains its determination to enforce, also in the international venues, the principle that contractual commitments must be respected and that a professional player cannot with impunity turn his back on clubs that have built the team and planned the season relying on agreements made."

Since he joined Partizan Belgrade, Caboclo has had a strong impact on the Serbian club, averaging 11.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 14.1 PIR per game.
