EuroLeague announced that Partizan have been sanctioned with a fine of €30,000 and a ban on its fans to attend their next away game.

Namely, about 400 Partizan fans were present in the match and actively supported their favorite team. However, they caused an incident with the local police after not cooperating with the arena's security.

The guest fans occupied the seats that were not theirs. Instead, they all gathered in the upper deck of La Fonteta. National Police had to get involved, and a confrontation between the opposing fanbases began.

Videos of the altercation show several police officers beating fans with police batons.

Following the incident, a significant number of private security and police officers were present at all times near the Partizan fans. Following the events, Valencia Basket released a public statement:

Valencia Basket wants to apologize to its fans, especially those whose location was close to sector 218, for the events carried out by the Partizan fans, who occupied seats that were not theirs and showed uncivil behavior, forcing the action of the security forces and the decision to relocate the taronja fans. The Club will work to ensure that a similar situation never occurs again.
