Cedevita Olimpija have officially announced Prepelic's departure from the team.
According to Janko Simic from Meridian Sport, Prepelic should join Galatasaray Ekmas Istanbul.
The 31-year-old signed a two-month open contract with Cedevita at the end of October. In six games with the team, Prepelic averaged 16.2 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 8.7 assists for 15.8 PIR in the EuroCup.
His numbers were better in the ABA League - 14.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 8.2 assists for 19.8 PIR.
Before joining Cedevita Olimpija, Prepelic played for Valencia Basket for three seasons, where he was named to the Spanish Liga Endesa's (ACB) First Team in 2020. Prepelic holds the averages of 8.3 points and 2.6 assists for 7.7 PIR per game in his EuroLeague career.
Cedevita Olimpija, meanwhile, have lost all their nine games in the EuroCup and are placed dead last in Group A of the competition.
