Former NBA and EuroLeague player Yogi Ferrell signed a deal with Buducnost VOLI Podgorica.
Yogi Ferrell made his return to the European continent as a player of Buducnost VOLI Podgorica after a brief stint with the Shanghai Sharks in the Chinese Basketball Association.

The club did not specify the duration of the deal.
Before spending half a season in China, the American guard had played for Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana in the previous two seasons.
Recently, his name was linked to Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade by some sources, but the rumor never materialized, and the player instead signed with Buducnost, which competes in the EuroCup.
Ferrell also played in the NBA and the G-League between 2016 and 2021, having career averages of 7.7 points and 2.3 assists. He also made it to the All-Rookie Second Team in 2017.
In his last season in the EuroCup with Cedevita, he averaged 18.4 points, 5.1 assists, and 2.3 rebounds in a season where his team finished last in Group A with a record of 3-15.
