Dimitris Agravanis joins Rio Breogan on a one-year deal.
Rio Breogan have officially bolstered their roster for the upcoming season by signing Greek big man Dimitris Agravanis.

The Spanish club expressed their enthusiasm about the acquisition, describing Agravanis as a robust center known for his impressive mobility, rebounding skills, and defensive prowess. They believe his presence will inject experience, intensity, and character into their interior game.
Agravanis started his professional basketball journey with the Greek team Maroussi and has since played for various notable teams, including Panionios, Olympiacos, Promitheas Patras, and most recently, during the 2022-23 season, he competed for Napoli Basket, Peristeri, and Panathinaikos.
In the past season with PAO, Agravanis averaged 14.0 points and 5.3 rebounds over four Greek League games. His EuroLeague averages marked 0.8 points per contest.
Agravanis was selected in the second round (59th pick) of the 2015 NBA draft by the Atlanta Hawks. However, he never had the opportunity to compete in the NBA.
