Williams-Goss has been presented with a two-year contract offer.
American guard Nigel Williams-Goss is the main target of Georgios Bartzokas to strengthen the Olympiacos Piraeus backcourt line, and both sides are in negotiations, according to Konstantinos Melayes of Gazzetta.gr.
The 29-year-old player, who is on an expiring deal with Real Madrid, has been presented with a two-year contract offer, per the same report.
According to BasketNews sources, Williams-Goss draws interest from several EuroLeague teams.
Williams-Goss is no stranger to the Olympiacos organization, as he was David Blatt's choice in the summer of 2018. During the 2018-19 season, he participated in 30 EuroLeague games, averaging 9.2 points and 4.2 assists over 26 minutes per contest.
After that season, Williams-Goss exercised the NBA out clause in his contract and joined the Utah Jazz.
This year, he achieved EuroLeague glory with Los Blancos, defeating Olympiacos in the final held in Kaunas. Throughout the tournament, he contributed an average of 7.4 points, 1.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 6.5 PIR in 26 EuroLeague games.
Aside from being in advanced talks with Williams-Goss, Olympiacos have a deal in place with another former team player, Nikola Milutinov.
