In the game held on Saturday, Real secured an 83-73 victory in Badalona. However, a section of the local Badalona fans resorted to chanting insulting words, referring to Yabusele as a "murderer, murderer."

"The ACB expresses deep regret regarding the chants that were audible during the Joventut-Real game, where a part of the stands targeted Guerschon Yabusele with offensive remarks," the statement began.

In response to the incident, the ACB has taken immediate action by launching an investigation to determine appropriate sanctions.

"The referees have recorded this incident in the official match report, starting the standard process within the Competition Committee of the Spanish Basketball Federation for ACB competitions. Additionally, the ACB will submit a detailed report to the Anti-Violence Commission," the announcement concluded.

At present, Madrid leads the best-of-five series 2-1, with Yabusele averaging 17.3 points across three games. Game 4 is scheduled to take place on Monday in Badalona.
