"Only with such refereeing could we lost today. Everything that happened at OAKA is a shame," the Olympiacos statement read.
Olympiacos Piraeus released an official statement expressing deep disappointment with the refereeing in Game 2 of the Greek League finals.
The team believes that the outcome of the game was influenced by questionable officiating.
"Only with such refereeing could we lost today. Everything that happened at OAKA is a shame," the statement read.
Just a few days prior, Panathinaikos had also accused the referees of determining the outcome of Game 1. PAO issued a complaint with the Central Refereeing Committee, seeking changes to address what they describe as "refereeing crimes" that were "clearly evident to the entire nation."
In Game 2, Olympiacos suffered a narrow 65-67 defeat at the OAKA Arena on Thursday night.
The best-of-five series is currently tied at 1-1, with Game 3 scheduled to take place on Sunday at the Piece and Friendship Stadium.
