Cory Higgins will miss Game 3 and Game 4 (if needed) due to a back injury.
FC Barcelona head coach Sarunas Jasikevicius confirmed the loss of Cory Higgins (back pain) for the third and fourth game (if needed) of the playoff series.
"He won't make it to these two games," Saras said.
Higgins missed Game 1 and Game 2 of the quarterfinals. Despite his absence, Barca won both matches and now leads the best-of-five series 2-0. Jasikevicius' team will have an opportunity to complete the sweep in Wednesday's game at Zalgirio Arena.
Higgins has been sidelined since the April 16th El Clasico in the ACB League against Real Madrid when he spent just 5 minutes on the court.
After missing a large part of the 2021-22 EuroLeague season, Higgins returned in full strength this year, averaging 8.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.7 assists for 8.7 PIR in the EuroLeague.
