Three teams would make the best additions to the next year's EuroLeague. One - for their unrivaled fanbase, second - for their up-and-coming project that's dominating across the continent, and third - for a unique opportunity for more than one country.

The EuroCup playoffs have begun this week, and as the postseason heats up, many fans and analysts alike are already looking forward to the next season of the EuroLeague.

With that in mind, I want to take a closer look at three teams from this year's EuroCup who I believe should be the best additions to the next year's EuroLeague.

It's worth noting that the EuroCup playoffs are particularly intense. Unlike the NBA playoffs or even the EuroLeague playoffs, where series are typically best-of-five or best-of-seven, each stage in the EuroCup playoffs is decided by a single game, making upsets more common, and even the best teams can be knocked out if they have an off night.

In this article, I'll be looking at three teams that, in my opinion, would be great additions to next year's EuroLeague season. Each of the three teams I'll be highlighting brings unique strengths to the table based on their current performances and their potential for growth.

With the tournament's playoff format, this article can either age like milk or be remembered as a prophecy. Or neither of them. Anyway, let's dig in.
