Olympiacos blew a 14-point lead in a 60-64 loss against AS Monaco.

Olympiacos Piraeus (11-7) had a 14-point lead but suffered another painful defeat.

Giorgos Bartzokas team suffered a 60-64 (20-8, 14-23, 8-15, 18-18) defeat against AS Monaco (12-6) that moves into the first spot alongside Real Madrid.

With 38 seconds remaining in the first quarter, Olympiacos led 20-6, while Mike James went scoreless, missing all four shots, making 3 turnovers, and racking -10 in PIR.

Even at the end of the second quarter, the visitors still had a 12-point lead (34-22), but Monaco closed the first half with a 9-0 run, making it a close game once again (31-34).

With 1:50 left in the fourth quarter, Shaquielle McKissic made a 3-pointer, tying the game at 59. Mike James made a jumpshot with 41 seconds left, while Kostas Sloukas missed his shot.

Alpha Diallo made only one free throw, but Sloukas managed to sink also only one shot from the charity stripe, and James secured a win with a dunk just before the final buzzer.

After a horrible start, James managed to finish the game with 19 points (3/9 2PT, 4/9 3PT, 1/2 FT), 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 7 turnovers, and 8 PIR. 14 of those 19 points came in the second quarter.

Moustapha Fall was the top performer from Olympiacos, finishing with 9 points (3/4 2PT, 3/4 FT), 7 rebounds, 1 steal, 2 turnovers, and 17 PIR.
