Pınar Karsiyaka downed Gaziantep Basketball in a postponed game for the Turkish BSL. However, it was Errick McCollum who stole the show.

Pinar Karsıyaka hosted Gaziantep Basketball in the postponed game of the Turkish Super League, prevailing by 96-91 (26-32, 27-16, 20-25, 23-18).

However, the contest was marked by great individual scoring performances, most notably by Errick McCollum. The 34-year-old guard scored 43 points on 12/21 from the field and 7/11 3PT shots, 12/14 FTs. He also grabbed 4 rebounds and dished out 6 assists, as the hosts got a tough win.

With this result, Karsiyaka have 9 wins in 12 games, while Gaziantep lost for the eighth time in the 12 contests.

For Ufuk Sarica's side, Vitto Brown added 16 points and 4 rebounds, Kenan Sipahi 13 points, three rebounds, and as many assists, while Jaylon Brown had 9 points and three assists.

On the other end, Damyean Dotson scored 28 points and took 9 rebounds, Codi Miller-McIntyre had a team-high 29 points on 9/16 FG and 7/7 FT, plus 3 assists, whereas Muhsin Yasar chipped in with 14 points, and Conner Frankamp with 13 for Gaziantep.

In the first half, Errick McCollum had reached 18 points on 5/5 from behind the arc with only 15 minutes on the court. The hosts were also ahead 53-48 when teams went to the locker room.

Although McCollum carried the same performance into the second half and reached 35 points in the third quarter, he did not receive enough support from his teammates. The experienced guard played a total of 36 minutes and accumulated 41 in PIR.
