The Czech national team head coach, Ronen Ginzburg, agrees that Giannis Antetokounmpo and the company, whom he lost against tonight, are the front-runners to bring the trophy home.
"I think they really have a good chance for that. For sure, they have weaknesses but I think they are a top candidate to take the EuroBasket," Ginzburg spoke at the post-game conference.
"I am not sure," added Tomas Satoransky. "I think the beauty of this tournament is that it's very unpredictable. Obviously, they [Greece] are one of the better teams, one of the favorites but you saw Italy against Serbia, other games where underdogs had their chances
I feel like it's tough to give some tips on who is gonna win it. They are facing Germany, it will be a super difficult game because Germany is playing a great tournament so it's tough to say."
