Galatasaray Istanbul announced reaching a one-year deal with 2.03-meter tall Italian-American forward Angelo Caloiaro.
Caloiaro has been playing for Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv for the last four seasons and played in the EuroLeague, but now will have to play in a lower-tier European competition Basketball Champions League.
Italian-American Caloiaro last season in the EuroLeague averaged 3.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 5.4 player index rating per game.
In the Israeli League, the forward averaged 5.4 points, 3,4 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 8.7 PIR per game last season in 11 games played.
