Joventut Badalona and Ante Tomic have reached an agreement until 2025. The Crotian big man had an opt-in clause in his previous deal with the Catalan side, which was activated, and then extended his contract by two more years.

At 35, Tomic has had the best season of career in scoring since arriving in Spain (14.3 points per game). The Croatian big man also added to his numbers 6.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 19.3 assists, the second highest figure of his years in Spain.
In addition to him being the player with the 5th-best PIR in the competition during the regular season, Tomic equaled those numbers in the playoffs, averaging 22.3 in PIR. The Crotian international joined Joventut Badalona in 2020.
He still remains 5th in the all-time rebounding list of the EuroLeague (1545), 4th in two-pointers made (1137) and 16th in points scored (2780).
