The game for the most part was decided in the second quarter, which Crvena Zvezda won 29-11.

Crvena Zvezda made a 15-0 run in the middle of the second quarter and went away 39-22 with 4:22 to go. The run was led by Luka Mitrovic who scored all of his 11-points in the second quarter.

At the half, Crvena Zvezda already had a 24-point lead (53-29) and kept FMP Belgrade at a solid distance through the rest of the game.

FMP Belgrade managed to fight back only in the first quarter, which they lost by 6-points (24-18)
