Shane Larkin was Anadolu Efes Istanbul's MVP in their playoff series against AX Armani Exchange Milan (3-1) and has been named the April MVP, the competition announced Friday.

The 29-year-old scoring guard averaged 17.6 points, 5.3 assists and a PIR of 23.4, as Efes went 5-2 in April and he ranked second in playoffs PIR at 18.8 across four games.

The former NBA player also ranked third in assists (4.8) and steals (1.3) during the playoffs.

This marks his third EuroLeague monthly MVP honor. This season, Larkin has been averaging 14.6 points, 3.0 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 1.3 steals per contest for a PIR of 18.9. 

Anadolu Efes are set to face Olympiacos Piraeus in the first semifinal of the Final Four in Belgrade (May 19, 18:00 CET).
