Virtus Bologna (9-7) returned to the winning track at the 7DAYS EuroCup, defeating the visiting Promitheas Patras (4-12) 84-61 (21-16, 15-14, 32-14, 15-17).

Virtus took control of the game right from the start, increasing their lead to double figures in the second period (32-21). Promitheas were able to cut their deficit to six going into halftime (30-36).

However, the hosts exploded in the third period, going on a 16-2 run and blowing the game wide open (57-38). Virtus led by as many as 31 points in the fourth quarter (78-47) and came out on top by 22, handing Promitheas their third straight loss.
