Despite Ukrainian Federation's letter to FIBA, the latter didn't let Ukraine host the game in Kyiv as scheduled, on February 27, via the report.
Therefore, the federation is trying to protect their home-court advantage by finding the common ground with FIBA.
The duel in the Eastern European country is in the air due to an invasion threat by Russia.
The first game between the squads is scheduled for February 24 in Cordoba.
