Veteran point guard Andrea Cinciarini made history tonight in the Italian league. The former Armani Exchange Milan captain recorded the first triple-double ever for an Italian player in Serie A in the win against Treviso.

Position: PG
Age: 35
Height: 193 cm
Weight: 85 kg
Birth place: Cattolica, Italy

Cinciarini finished with 12 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists, leading his team to the victory and creating a little piece of history for himself.

A triple-double is something really unique, especially at the European level. The last triple-double recorded in the Italian league was back in 2004, which was made by American player Tyrone Grant.

During the last offseason, Cinciarini parted ways with Armani Exchange Milan and decided to return to his old team, Reggio Emilia. A decision that it's paying dividends for the Italian player, who's living a great season under coach Attilio Caja.

Cinciarini, in fact, is averaging 9.2 points with 9.1 assists, and 3.9 rebounds per game so far this season.
