Balsa Koprivica who was selected in the second round (57th overall) of the 2021 NBA Draft, has signed a contract with Zeljko Obradovic-led project, according to Mozzartsports report.
The former Florida State player is expected to have a key role in the roster and may end up being the last piece for Partizan Belgrade, which aims to win the EuroCup and secure a spot in the EuroLeague for the 2022-23 season.
Koprivica rights belong to the Detroit Pistons. Last year in college, he averaged 9.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.3 steals, 1.4 blocks in 19.5 minutes.
Balsa's father, Slavisa Koprivica, was a member of the 1992 Partizan team, which won the EuroLeague title and Obradovic was in his first year as a head coach.
