Clemons spent last season with KK Igokea. Before, he represented AS Monaco, PBC Astana, BC GGMT Vienna. The 26-year-old graduated from the University of Iowa in 2016. He was a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes in the NCAA.
The 1.88 m guard averaged 13.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.1 rebounds, and 13.8 PIR over 28.2 minutes in the Basketball Champions League.
Sassari will kick off their BCL season on October 5 with an away match against MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg.
