Added to the USA National Team roster for the domestic exhibitions were: Saddiq Bey (Detroit Pistons/Villanova); Darius Garland (Cleveland Cavaliers); John Jenkins (Bilbao Basket, Italy/Vanderbilt); Keldon Johnson (San Antonio Spurs/Kentucky); Josh Magette (Darussafaka Tekfen, Turkey/Alabama-Huntsville); Dakota Mathias (Philadelphia 76ers/Purdue) and Cam Reynolds (Houston Rockets/Tulane).

Completing Friday its Las Vegas training camp that was held July 6-9, the USA will continue its preparations for Tokyo with a five-game exhibition series that includes matchups against Nigeria on July 10, Australia on July 12 and July 16, Argentina on July 13, and Spain on July 18.
