Zalgiris Kaunas needed a high-flying third quarter to bounce back from a 20-point deficit (27-47), stage a 19-0 run, and ultimately overtake Paris Basketball 83-81 on Thursday night. Ignas Brazdeikis scored seven of his total 16 points during that run, posting another solid performance after his 17-point/8-rebound game in Vitoria last week.
