The article lists double, triple, quadruple, and five-fold ties that can affect the final EuroLeague standings.
Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade returned to the EuroLeague postseason after 2010 and became the sixth team to qualify for the playoffs. They joined Olympiacos, Real, Barcelona, Monaco, and Maccabi.
The last two playoff spots remain free before the EuroLeague Round 34. Fenerbahce, Baskonia, and Zalgiris will try to punch the last-minute ticket to the EuroLeague playoff train.
There are still plenty of scenarios of how the last-round results could influence the final positions in the standings.
While Olympiacos and Real are fighting for the first spot, things get complicated in the second part of the Top 8, starting from fifth place.
For instance, Fenerbahce, Partizan, and Maccabi could end up with a 20-14 record which would mean a three-way tie in the final standings. In such a case, the Turkish team would finish fifth, Partizan sixth, and Maccabi would be seventh.
If Fenerbahce stumble at Crvena Zvezda, they would be in danger of missing the playoffs. Then everything would depend on Baskonia and Zalgiris who could eliminate Dimitris Itoudis' squad with road wins against Olympiacos and Bayern, respectively.
Some crucial ties may decide who is going through and rising up in the table, and who is already going to think only about the next EuroLeague campaign.
