Nihad Djedovic will stay with Unicaja until the end of the 2024-25 season.

After nine seasons with FC Bayern Munich, Nihad Djedovic is playing his first season with Unicaja Malaga. The Bosnian forward is now set to remain in Spain.

According to the team's official announcement, Djedovic signed a new deal with the organization to play for the next two seasons.

The 33-year-old has been averaging 6.9 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in the FIBA Champions League. His numbers are a little bit better in the Spanish Liga Endesa - 8.9 points, 3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists for 9.1 PIR.

Djedovic grew up in the FC Barcelona Academy, making his debut with the Catalan club in the 2009-10 season while on loan at Xacobeo Blu:Sens.

After a brief stint at Lottomatica Roma (2010-11) and completing a season on loan at Galatasaray (2011-12), he parted ways with FC Barcelona and landed in Germany with ALBA Berlin. Following a year with ALBA, Djedovic transferred to Bayern where he spent nine seasons.

Djedovic holds averages of 8.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.1 assists for 7.8 PIR throughout his EuroLeague career.
