According to SportKlub Srbija, Partizan are satisfied with Zach LeDay's performance and are counting on him in the upcoming competitions this month. It was rumored that Maccabi Tel Aviv are interested in bringing the player in during the summer since his contract expires after this season.
Earlier today, rumors started spreading about Zach LeDay potentially leaving Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade during the summer.
With his contract set to expire after this season, LeDay will become a free agent in the upcoming summer. According to some rumors, Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv are interested in bringing the forward to Israel.
SportKlub Srbija write that Partizan are satisfied with the player's performance on the court and are counting on him in the upcoming matches in the EuroLeague, ABA League, and in the Radivoj Korac Cup after two weeks.
It is reasonable to think that the club would want the player back next year.
LeDay was instrumental in taking down Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade in the eternal derby last week. So far this year, he is averaging 11.7 points and 5.7 rebounds for 15.2 PIR in the EuroLeague. His numbers are a bit worse in the local ABA League - 8.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 1 assist for 11.7 PIR.
Together with Kevin Punter, the American forward left EuroLeague's Olimpia Milan and joined the Serbian club with Zeljko Obradovic upfront back in 2021 when it still competed in the EuroCup.
