Kostas Antetokounmpo, a former NBA center now playing in Europe at Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul, responded to Jrue Holiday's thoughts on who would win a 3-on-3 matchup between Antetokounmpo and Holiday families.

Milwaukee Bucks defensive ace Jrue Holiday appeared on Serge Ibaka's cooking show "How Hungry Are You?" last month, saying that Holidays are winning a visional game.

"Come on, bro. You know the answer to that," Jrue told Ibaka. "I'd probably guard Giannis. Look, I hold my own. Coming to scoring, let's say me and Giannis even each other out. My older brother can shoot. My younger brother can shoot. They both score. And it's been seen in the league. Not to say T.A. [Thanasis] and Kostas can't [score]. ... It's simple. The Holidays [are winning]."

What would be the reply from the other side, Kostas Antetokounmpo?

"They are all guards. So, they would be playing an average of at least 6'7. I am 6'10-6'11, Giannis is 6'11, and Thanasis is like 6'7. If they hit shots, yeah, okay, but if they don't hit shots, I feel that they are losing by a lot. I would do the same, I would pick my brothers, for sure, and would say that I am going to win," Kostas said in an interview with Donatas Urbonas of BasketNews.

Giannis, a two-time NBA MVP, is playing his best career season so far, averaging 31.0 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 5.3 assists over 35 games.

Thanasis has a limited role with the Bucks, while Kostas has recently returned to Europe after an uneventful stint in Chicago.

The Antetokounmpo trio made just 28 three-pointers this season, 25 of them coming from Giannis.

For their part, Jrue, Justin, and Aaron Holidays are all shooting above 34.0% from downtown this season and make long-range shots on regular basis.

Jrue, a 14-year veteran with a championship to his name, is averaging 18.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 7.2 assists in 2022-23. Aaron and Justin are on the Atlanta Hawks currently, each posting under 5.0 points.
