There are no EuroLeague players in the Spanish NT roster for games against Italy and the Netherlands.
Spanish NT head coach Sergio Scariolo included five European champions into a 16-man roster for the upcoming FIBA World Cup Qualifiers games.
Sebastian Saiz, Jaime Fernandez, Dario Brizuela, Joel Parra, and Alberto Diaz return to the Spanish national team after winning gold in Berlin on September 18.
"I think it is a team with important values, consistency, character, and quality that can allow us to achieve the main objective in this window: to qualify for the World Cup," Scariolo said.
Eric Vila and Pep Busquets are set to make their debut with the national team.
Spain's roster also involves the 18-year-old prospect Juan Nunez, who was one of the last players cut before EuroBasket 2022.
Sergio Scariolo's Spain (5-1) play against Italy (5-1) away on November 11th and the Netherlands (0-6) at home on November 14th.
