The Detroit Pistons are finalizing a trade to acquire Utah Jazz forward Bojan Bogdanovic for Kelly Olynyk and Saben Lee, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

The 33-year-old Bogdanovic had a major role in the Jazz, which even increased in the most important stretch of the last season when Joe Ingles sustained a season-ending ACL tear.

The 8-season NBA veteran from Croatia registered 18.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 69 matches.

He also broke the Utah Jazz single-game record for 3-pointers made during Utah's match against the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 6.

Bogdanovic connected on 11 shots from downtown. He became the first player in NBA history to make 11+ threes in a game without making a 2-pointer, via StatMuse.

For his part, the 31-year-old Kelly Olynyk played his first season with the Pistons. Before coming to Detroit, the Canadian big man competed for the Boston Celtics, Miami Heat, and Houston Rockets.

Last season, he posted 9.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.8 assists over 40 games.

Saben Lee was selected 38th overall by the Jazz in the 2020 NBA draft, but then subsequently traded to the Pistons. He registered 5.6 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 2.9 assists during 37 last season's appearances on the court.
