Estonian national team head coach Jukka Toijala has decided on the final 12 players that will go with the team to Milan for EuroBasket 2022.

Estonian Basketball Federation has announced the final 12-player roster on Tuesday with which they will go to the EuroBasket 2022.

The Estonian national team will start the ​​EuroBasket 2022 in Milan Friday, September 2, where they will compete in Group C against the host Italy as well as Greece, Croatia, Ukraine, and Great Britain.

Nearly 2,000 basketball fans are traveling from Estonia to Milan, and according to head coach Jukka Toijala, the team wants to offer fans a spirited game and good emotions.

"We are ready to give everything we have to give. We want to offer Estonian fans soulful basketball and good emotions, we want to do our best. If we do that, it will be easy for the fans to sympathize with us," said Toijala in a press conference before departure to Milan.

"But of course, if we have to difficult moments, we look forward to the support of the fans at the side of the pitch, because your support as the sixth man on the pitch is important to us," the coach added.
