Ukraine crushed Poland in the second half of a friendly preparation game in Istanbul with the final score of 88-60 (26-17, 12-15, 22-16, 28-12) behind Issuf Sanon, Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk, and Artem Pustovyi trio's performance.

Ukraine stunned their opponents in the midst of the third quarter when they went on a 16-0 run, behind the Toronto Raptors forward Mykhailiuk, first regaining the advantage and then regaining the double digit-lead (54-41), they had earlier in the game.

Rest of the game Ukraine's advantage only increased, and they took the win comfortably.

Poland had cut Ukraine's lead to 6-points (38-32) before going into the half-time break and started the third quarter with a 0-7 run to gain a 3-point advantage (38-41).

Ukraine gained an early double-digit lead (22-11) in the second half of the first quarter and stayed in front for the remainder of the first half.

Ukraine was led to the victory by Yusuf Sanon, who finished the game with 15 points (6/7 2PT, 1/3 3PT, ), 5 rebounds, and 2 assists.

For Poland, Jakub Garbacz led the way with 10 points (2/4 2PT, 2/4 3PT), 2 rebounds, and 2 assists.
