Age: 31
Height: 213 cm
Weight: 109 kg
Birth place: Morges, Switzerland

The 31-year-old center is set to make $22 million in the last year on his current contract, all that remains of the four-year, $100 million contract he signed in 2019. The next step can be a two-year contract with an option for the second season, per Joe Cowley.

The 2-time NBA All-Star and the Bulls will possibly discuss the new contract during the training camp and both sides seem willing to push beyond the 2022-23 season, per the same report.

Vucevic was seen in trade rumors over the last few months, as the Bulls were reportedly targeting other centers, including Rudy Gobert, who was eventually traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Now the Bulls are likely to Keep Vucevic as the new reports suggest. Last season Montenegrin did not have the best season of his career, to say the least, but he's likely to get another chance.

Vucevic averaged 15.6 points, 9.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 0.9 blocks per game over 89 appearances between the 2021-22 Regular Season and the 2022 Playoffs.

The center was selected 16th overall by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 2011 NBA draft, where he spent just one season. For the majority of his career, he played for the Orlando Magic (2012-21), which traded him to the Bulls during the 2020-21 season.

The biggest Montenegrin basketball star decided not to participate in the upcoming EuroBasket.
