Kurucs will be heading out to the USA to participate in the 2022 NBA summer league in Las Vegas, via the report.
The 24-year-old Latvian averaged 3.1 points, 2.1 rebounds, 0.9 assists, and 3.3 PIR over 9 EuroCup games this past season.
His Adriatic League averages marked 5.0 points, 2.1 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 6.6 PIR in 14 duels.
Kurucs returned to Europe last July, signing a two-year deal with the Serbian powerhouse, which included an NBA out.
The 2.06-meter forward had played across the Atlantic since 2017. He split time between the Brooklyn Nets, Houston Rockets, and Milwaukee Bucks.
Kurucs appeared in 131 NBA games, averaging 6 points and 3.1 rebounds in 16 minutes of play.
He was the No. 40 pick in the 2018 NBA Draft and has also played for VEF Riga (2012-15) and FC Barcelona (2015-18).
