Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown commented about his confrontation with Draymond Green during Game 2 of the NBA Finals on Sunday, where the Golden State Warriors evened the series 1-1 vs the Celtics.
The scuffle commenced in the late second quarter after Green fouled Brown on a 3-point attempt.
"I don't know what I was supposed to do there. Somebody got their legs on the top of your head. And then he tried to pull my pants down," Brown said after the game.
Green tangled his legs on Brown after they fell down, which led to the altercation. Neither player was given a technical foul for the incident.
Warriors All-Star Green already had a technical foul in the game for arguing with the referees previously.
Celtics head coach Ime Udoka was certain that the reason for no double technical foul was the fact that Green would have been ejected for the second technical and said he was "not surprised at all due to the circumstances".
The 2022 NBA Finals continue with Game 3 on Wednesday as the Boston Celtics will host the Golden State Warriors.
