The two biggest clubs in Italian basketball, AX Armani Exchange Milan and Virtus Segafredo Bologna, have reportedly locked horns for the signature of the same player.
According to an Italian news outlet La Prealpina, both clubs battle to sing Amedeo Tessitori. Virtus Bologna would like to renew Tessitori's contract, the outlet reports, but Olimpia Milan are also interested in the player.
The big man averaged 4.6 points and 3.2 rebounds in 11 minutes for the club.
The Ettore Messina's team has one more player on its radar - Arturs Strautins. The UnaHotels Reggio Emilia forward averaged 10.2 points and 5 rebounds per game in the Italian Lega Basket Serie A competition.
Virtus Bologna won the EuroCup this year and are headed to the EuroLeague next season. The team is reportedly showing a high interest in signing Nikola Milutinov for the upcoming year.
