Sergio Rodriguez was among the injury-riddled AX Armani Exchange Milan roster, which traveled to Istanbul to face Anadolu Efes in the best-of-five series of Turkish Airlines EuroLeague playoffs.

"Our situation is well known. As far as injured players, we can only hope to extract some minutes from Sergio Rodriguez. Other than that, we'll try to control the rebounds and their (Efes') great shooters. We are well aware that this game is a really difficult one," said Ettore Messina before the game.

The 35-year-old Rodriguez sustained a sprained left ankle in the fourth quarter of Game 2.

Despite his and Malcolm Delaney's injuries, Milan managed to tie the series (1-1).

The Italian club will miss Delaney, Nicolo Melli, Trey Kell, and Konstantinos Mitoglou in the upcoming matches in Turkey.

On a more positive note, Gigi Datome will be available for Italians. He recovered from knee surgery.

Game 3 is scheduled for tomorrow at Sinan Erdem Dome. The contest starts at 19:30 CET.
