After a close first quarter, Brescia went on a 14-3 run in the second and were up by 10 at halftime (41-31). They led for most of the game, but Milan cut their deficit to four in the final period (63-67).

However, Amedeo Della Valle restored Brescia's double-digit lead (78-67) and Milan were not able to catch up. The hosts won by eight, taking their third straight domestic league game victory.
