The teams went back and forth in the first half, resulting in 11 lead changes. However, Monaco turned up the heat in the third period, going on a 9-0 run to gain an 11-point advantage (52-41).

Paris were able to cut their deficit to four in with less than two minutes remaining in the game (69-73), but that was their best effort, as Monaco secured a seven-point win.
