BAXI Manresa (16-8) came back from a 12-point deficit and forced Real Madrid (18-6) 86-75 (15-22, 19-19, 30-16, 22-18) to their fifth straight ACB loss at WiZink Center.

Despite having plus 12 (41-29) in the second quarter, the Royal club spilled their solid double-digit lead. Manresa organized a 5-0 mini spurt before the break (34-41) and continued their successful play in the third.

Manresa arranged a 10-0 run in the mid-third period and gained a 7-point advantage (55-48), which they maintained until the end of the quarter (64-57).

Even though Real opened the last 10 minutes of the match with an efficient attack, Manresa pushed the gas pedal once more, organizing a 10-0 push (74-59). Those laid foundations were enough for the W against one of the ACB leaders.

Chima Moneke was a top performer for the winners, posting 14 points, 9 rebounds, 1 assist, and 23 PIR. Luke Maye had 20 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 20 PIR.

Gabriel Deck led the route for Real, accumulating 21 points, 6 rebounds, and a game-high 25 PIR.
