Kentucky head coach John Calipari, who's the former head coach of Minnesota Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns, used his Twitter profile to share a funny conversation that he had with his former player after he scored 60 points against the Spurs.
Calipari had left a voicemail to Towns congratulating him for his 32 points because the Timberwolves forward had 32 in the third quarter.
Immediately after Towns called back coach Calipari and as soon he replied, the Timberwolves star started to scream "SIXTY!!" on the phone.
Kentucky head coach asked Towns to send him the signed game ball so that he could put it in his office but Towns replied that he was going to send him a tv so that the coach could watch his highlights of him winning the three-point contest.
Coach Calipari was known for not letting Towns shoot three-pointers when he was in college.
The legendary head coach finished his message saying how proud he's of the man that Towns has become now that he's in the NBA.
