Draymond Green, who has been sidelined for the last 13 games due to a lower back/disc injury, was recently re-examined.
This indicated that Green is making steps in a positive direction and the injury is improving, according to the official report.
Green left January 10th's win over Cleveland with the calf injury and underwent an MRI on his back that night.
Via the report, the evaluations concluded that the left calf soreness was tied to the involvement of a disc in his lower back.
Green will be re-evaluated again prior to the All-Star break, which spans from Friday, February 18, to Thursday, February 24.
The Warriors have gone 9-4 without Green in the lineup and have won seven straight games after a rocky start following his injury.
The 31-year-old, who was a leading candidate for Defensive Player of the Year at the time of his injury, will find out Thursday if he has been named as a reserve to the All-Star Game.
The electrifying forward is averaging 7.7 points, 7.5 rebounds, 7.3 assists, 1.5 steals over 33 games this season.
