Johnathan Motley will be sidelined for the rest of January due to a shoulder setback, according to the official Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar's announcement.
The American big man suffered an injury in the latest match against Joventut Badalona in the 7DAYS EuroCup.
"Unfortunately, Johnathan Motley was injured in the game versus Joventut. He damaged his right shoulder joint and was unable to continue the game. The next day, various studies were carried out, while the conservative treatment tactics were chosen for the next two weeks.
After this time, a control examination will be carried out and we will determine the final terms of rehabilitation," Konstantin Shubin, head of the Lokomotiv medical service, commented.

His VTB stat lines are marking 19 points (3rd in the league), 6.4 rebounds (5th), 2.1 assists, and 20.3 PIR (4th).
