Stephen Curry is playing an MVP-caliber season, to some purpose, leading the NBA All-Star fan voting with 2,584,623 votes.

He is averaging 27 points, 5.4 rebounds, 6.1 assists, and 1.4 steals over 34 games this season, being close to the prestigious 50-40-90 club. The 33-year-old guard is having 47.8% on twos, 38.8% on treys, and 91.7% from the charity stripe.

The American superstar holds NBA career averages of 24.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 6.5 assists in 797 duels. Recently he broke the NBA's all-time record for most career three-pointers.

Steph is a three-time NBA champion, two-time regular season MVP, seven-time NBA All-Star, two-time NBA scoring champion, and a member of the 75th Anniversary Team.

Having all this in mind, nothing strange that NBA iconic player Kevin Garnett compared him to arguably the best all-time basketball athlete Michael Jordan.

In ESPN's Baxter Holmes article on GSW forward Andrew Wiggins, Garnett stated Wiggins is sharing the court with Michael Jordan of his time.

"He's playing with the Michael Jordan of his era," fifteen-time NBA All-Star said. "The knowledge that he takes not just from Steve Kerr and that coaching staff but that pedigree of excellence that they push around there in Golden State -- you can't come in there and be less than.

Those are champions in there. Those guys have won together. They've been in the grit. They've been in the foxhole together. I think it motivates him."
