Panathinaikos OPAP Athens announced that another member of their staff tested positive for covid-19, following the latest PCR tests which took place.

The club, according to their policy, did not reveal the name of the person infected. The team's head coach Dimitris Priftis wasn't on the team's bench in the Greek Cup quarter-final against Lavrio, where his assistant Vassilis Simtsak led the Greens to a comfortable win.

Priftis is not expected to be present at OAKA when Panathinaikos will be hosting Zalgiris Kaunas on Thursday night with 9 available players so far. In his pre-game press conference, Zalgiris head coach Jure Zdovc revealed that the Lithuanian champions will fly to Greece, naming all Panathinaikos players missing.

"Nemanja Nedovic, Leonidas Kaselakis and Jeremy Evans. Howard Sant-Roos (should miss the game as well), but maybe he can show up, but he’s the player who hasn’t played for ten days or so," Zdovc said.
