Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic has entered the NBA's health and safety protocols, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Trey Burke also made it onto the health and safety protocols list, The Athletic reports.
Doncic and Burke became the fifth and sixth Mavs players on the list, joining Tim Hardaway Jr., Maxi Kleber, Josh Green, and Reggie Bullock.
22-year-old Doncic is averaging 25.6 points (32.6% 3PT), 8.5 assists, 8.0 rebounds, 1.0 steal, 0.5 blocks, and 4.6 turnovers over 35 minutes this season.
Burke, 29, has spent parts of four seasons with the Mavericks. In 18 games off the bench this season, he's averaging 7.5 points, 2.2 assists and 1.2 rebounds.
The Mavericks (15-15) are currently eighth in the Western Conference. They will face the Milwaukee Bucks Thursday night, then travel to Utah to meet the Jazz in a Christmas night showdown.
