The NBA announced that the Brooklyn Nets at Portland Trail Blazers game scheduled for Thursday, December 23, has been postponed.

Per the official report, the Nets do not have the league-required eight available players to proceed with the match against the Trail Blazers.

Brooklyn Nets have 10 players in health and safety protocols: LaMarcus Aldridge, DeAndre Bembry, Bruce Brown, Jevon Carter, Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, James Harden, James Johnson, Paul Millsap, Day'Ron Sharpe.

Moreover, Joe Harris cannot play for one of the NBA favorites due to underwent ankle surgery.

This is the eighth game the NBA has postponed this season.

The Nets are scheduled to play in Los Angeles against the Lakers on Christmas Day.

The Trail Blazers will return to action Monday against the visiting Dallas Mavericks.
